The templates list
The list shows each template with its title and an Active / Inactive badge. Only active templates appear in the picker when you initiate a separation. Choose New Template to build one, or open any template to edit it.Building a template
A separation template has a title, an active toggle, and an activity list.Header
Activities
Build the checklist row by row (drag to reorder; the order is saved). Each activity carries:
The summary panel tallies the activity count, the total day span, and a breakdown by role. You need a title and at least one titled activity before Create Template / Save Changes will enable.
Editing replaces the activity list. As with onboarding templates, saving a separation template replaces its whole activity list with your current rows. Separations already created from the template are unaffected.
Separation templates cannot be deleted
There is intentionally no delete option for separation templates — not on the list, not in the editor, and not on the back end. Once created, a separation template stays in the Template Centre. If you no longer want it offered when initiating a separation, switch its Active toggle off instead; it then drops out of the picker without breaking any separations that already reference it.This is a deliberate difference from onboarding templates, which can be deleted.
