My Profile is the page where you can check that the personal information HR holds about you is correct, and see the details of your employment contract. It is read-only: you can look at everything, but changes to your record go through HR rather than being edited here directly. This page exists so you always have a quick, private way to confirm your own particulars — your email, phone, address, hire date — and the terms of your current contract, including the bank account your pay goes to. You’ll find this at: /my-hr/profile

What you’ll see

The page is built from three or four cards.

Identity card

At the top: your initials, your full name, your employee number (shown as #…), and a status badge — Active, On Leave, Suspended or Terminated.

Personal Details

Any field HR hasn’t filled in shows as a dash (—).
Why is my National ID and birth year hidden? On purpose. The portal can be opened on any device you’re signed into, and possibly seen over your shoulder. Your full national ID number and your birth year are exactly the details an identity thief wants, and you don’t need them to confirm “yes, that’s my record”. So the portal deliberately shows only the last four characters of the ID and only the month/day of your birthday. HR still holds the complete values securely. This is a privacy protection, not a bug.

Current Contract

The details of your active employment contract, with its own status badge:
Your bank account number is shown to you here in full, because it is your own pay account. This information is never exposed to anyone else through the portal.
If there is no active contract on file, this card simply says so.

Past Contracts

If you have had earlier contracts, a collapsible Past Contracts (n) card appears at the bottom. Expand it to see each previous contract’s type, status and date range.

Can I edit my profile here?

No. My Profile is view-only. If something is wrong — a changed phone number, a new address, a corrected name — contact HR and they will update your employee record from the admin side. The corrected value will then appear here.

When the page can’t load your details

If you see “Profile not available — your user account is not yet linked to an employee record. Contact HR”, it means your Hitaji 360 login hasn’t been connected to your employee profile yet. This is the same link that powers the whole My HR portal; ask your HR administrator to set it up.
