My Payslips is your personal pay history. Every payslip that payroll has finalised for you appears here, newest first, and you can open any one of them to see the full breakdown — what you earned, what was deducted, what the statutory contributions were, and what you took home. This page means you don’t have to ask HR for a copy of an old payslip: they’re all here, any time you’re signed in. You’ll find this at: /my-hr/payslips

What you’ll see

Each payslip is a card showing:
  • the pay period (e.g. the month it covers),
  • the pay date (“Paid …”),
  • your net pay for that period,
  • and a status badge.
The status badge reflects the payslip’s state: In practice the portal only ever lists Submitted payslips. Drafts are kept internal to HR/payroll until they are finalised, and cancelled slips are filtered out — so anything you can see here is a real, finalised payslip.

Opening a payslip

Click a payslip card to expand it. You’ll see, where they apply:
  • Earnings — each pay component and its amount (basic pay, allowances, etc.).
  • Deductions — each deduction and its amount.
  • Statutory — statutory contributions such as PAYE, NSSF and LST.
  • A summary strip showing Gross, total Deductions, and Net pay.
All amounts are shown in your pay currency (UGX by default).

Downloading a payslip

Inside an expanded payslip there is a Download PDF button.
⚠️ Current state: The PDF download is best-effort and may not be enabled yet. The portal asks the server for a PDF of the payslip; if the server isn’t yet serving payslip PDFs, you’ll see the message “PDF download is not enabled yet. Ask HR for a copy.” rather than a file. This is a known gap — the read endpoints for payslips exist, but a dedicated PDF route on the back end has not been wired up. Until it is, ask HR or payroll for a printed/PDF copy if you need one. (Flagged for the team.)

”No payslips yet”

If you haven’t been paid through Hitaji 360 payroll yet, the page shows “No payslips yet — your payslips will appear here once payroll has been submitted.” As soon as a payroll run that includes you is finalised, the payslip shows up here.

A note on multiple contracts

If you hold more than one contract, your payslips across them all appear together. The active business selected in the app is honoured when the list is built, so switching business can change which payslips you see. With a single contract there’s nothing to do — you simply see all your slips.
